Position: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Chantilly, VA

Leffler Consulting is seeking a cleared Human Resources Specialist for an opportunity in Chantilly, VA. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly.

Duties:• Work closely with senior management to coordinate human capital activities, includingbillet management and position classification, awards processes, promotion boardschedules, performance report schedules, application schedules, and training andcertification requirements• Maintain all required documentation for internal Directorate military promotion board,performance report, and ranking processes• Maintain military member’s career files, ensuring accuracy and compliance• Support Directorate hiring activities, including setting up panels, preparing applicantbinders, and liaising between the Hiring Manager and the Agency Office of HumanResources• Support Directorate Civilian Human Capital strategic planning and forecasting, promotionboard preparation, and mentor process• Coordinate inbound and outbound processing of government personnel. Utilize recordsmanagement system for tracking documents and ensuring all required documentation andprocesses are complete.• Maintain travel orders for the Directorate

Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• Five years of relevant experience, including records management experience. Priormilitary experience preferred but not required.• Effective organizational skills with focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time
