Our Glencoe, MN location is looking for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, full-time Warehouse Coordinator. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the daily fulfillment and retail activities. This role will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, preparing and organizing product, maintaining inventory levels, greeting and assisting customers while they shop, processing payments, and keeping the sales floor stocked, clean, and organized.

Essential Duties:

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Ensures orders are picked and accurately recorded in software.
• Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to procedures.
• Records, reports, and returns defective items.
• Barcodes and stocks received items.
• Greets and assists walk-in customers and answers incoming calls.
• Operates forklift, electric pallet jack, and handcarts.
• Sets up new customer accounts with correct information.
• Orders and receives equipment and parts.
• Maintains monthly inflation calendar.
• Disassembles, soaks, washes, and reassembles milking shells and inflations.
• Assists in picking and staging items daily for the route delivery truck.
• Sweeps, mops, and performs daily clean-up of warehouse, office, and store areas.
• Identifies needs and makes recommendations for improvements with processes and procedures within the warehouse.
• Adheres to safety policies and quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-year related work experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, and reach; must be able to work a full shift on your feet.
• Experience or certification in safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Experience with fulfillment systems/software preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and work within deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding and knowledge of dairy equipment and supplied preferred but not required.

Work Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
