Responsibilities:
- Review and process applications for eligibility programs
- Conduct interviews with applicants to gather necessary information
- Verify documentation and ensure accuracy of information provided
- Determine eligibility based on program guidelines and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of applicant information and eligibility determinations
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any eligibility-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants, answering questions and addressing concerns

Skills:
- Experience working in a dental office, medical office, or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in medical administrative support tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to understand complex healthcare information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review documents for eligibility determination
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain eligibility requirements clearly to applicants
