```Experience```
- Previous experience in medical collections or a related field
- Proficiency in ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of insurance billing processes and reimbursement guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
