Leeco Steel is currently seeking a Human Resource Specialist at our Joshua, TX location.This a great opportunity for someone with HR experience in a manufacturing setting..We are seeking an individual who has 2 plus years in an HR environment working with employee programs, training, benefits, HRIS reporting, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and has experience in a variety in HR functions.We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Professional who would like a variety of tasks and a flexible schedule.This position will be based in Joshua, TX and will handle HR functions for Cleburne, Fort Worth,and Alvarado.
Position Responsibilities include:
* Recruiting, screening andinterviewing.
* Onboarding of new hires to include manufacturing training.
* Benefit knowledge and the ability to coordinate an open enrollment.
* Time keeping and payroll functions
* Training record upkeep and designation of online training.
* Maintenance of employee online files and data
* Maintaining job descriptions and salary data
* Administrative and office tasks
* Additional tasks as assigned
Preferred skills and experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources with general knowledge ofHR, payroll and benefit. legal requirements and HR processes.Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
