LHH Recruitment Solutions is now recruiting for a full-time, hybrid Corporate Paralegal to join a growing company in West Palm Beach, Florida! We especially want to hear from those who have at least five (5) years’ experience handling corporate filings and other transactional work. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Corporate Paralegal experience, required
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Land Use, and Business Law, a plus
  • Experience working with corporate entities and LLCs, required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and be self-reliant

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and proofreading board materials and presentations
  • Working up resolutions and directions to maintain legal separation of entities
  • Drafting, reviewing, redlining and analyzing legal contracts, correspondence and other documents
  • Performing legal research and taking minutes/notes
  • Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company’s products and/or processes
  • Updating leadership with timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations affecting the business
  • Managing all relevant state and local taxes and returns
  • Assist with implementing changes to contracts to comply with legislation/regulations
  • Responsible for support related to litigation
  • Renewing and maintaining company licensing
  • Drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for LLCs and partnerships with State agencies
  • Assisting with business operations and administrative responsibilities as needed
