Focused on elevating dental professionals to mastery, we are hiring experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinators who are the best in your field!

As a Dental Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Verification of patient ledgers for correct billing to patients and their insurance companies
- Batching, submitting and following up on insurance claims on a pre-determined timeline.
- Daily verification of office collections and completion of bank deposits.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
You will be required to possess the following:
- Extreme detail orientation and comfort working independently.
- Three (3) of more years of practical experience (preferred).
- Dental software (Dentrix Enterprise) experience (preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
