Client Success CoordinatorAmplified Buffalo, in partnership with The Buffalo News, is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to join our team. This position will work closely with our sales representatives and digital vendors to set up, monitor, optimize, and report on digital and print orders.Core Responsibilities:• Serve as liaison and main point of contact between internal and external teams to ensure campaign fulfillment and client satisfaction.• Strategizing, scheduling, monitoring, and optimization of all digital and print orders.• Troubleshooting under delivery of orders, creatives, and ad tags.• Assist with client interactions and reporting calls as needed.• Work directly with sales reps to monitor the progression of campaigns and assist where needed.Job Requirements & Qualifications:• Be familiar with digital advertising, marketing, sales concepts, and metrics.• The ability to translate KPI’s and traffic data into a comprehensible report.• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.• Ability to prioritize, work efficiently and meet deadlines.• Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization.• Excellent computer skills and digital software experience required.• Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics experience is preferred.• Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, and any other digital certifications are a plus.• Some college required.• 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising or similar/related field desired but not required.This full-time position offers competitive pay, great benefits, and the opportunity for successful employees to develop within a growing media company.
