Great Company Seeking New Construction Superintendent Who'll Make Us Better
Lee County Plumbing is family owned business and is one of the best and fastest growing plumbing contractors in SW Florida (a 2023 INC 5000 fastest growing businesses); who is seeking a New Construction Superintendent to oversee crews, subdivisions and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise plumbing construction crews.
- Manage production work on assisnged sub-divisions
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation and monitoring
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate daily with office to report job status, coordinate schedules and report job progress
- Oversee pipeline construction projects from planning to completion
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Manage project scheduling and timeline management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is helpful
- Proven experience in construction management and supervision
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and project scheduling
- History of managing multiple departments/people is most IMPORTANT
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes within the construction industry
