We are seeking skilled HVAC Refrigeration Technicians and Tradesmen. As leaders in the building maintenance and management trade, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, and our HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians and Tradesmen play a crucial role in achieving this goal.Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including Commercial, Residential, and refrigeration systems.
Respond promptly and efficiently to diagnose reported issues and make repairs, utilizing technical knowledge and expertise.
Repair and replace faulty components, ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.
Monitor and document maintenance activities, keeping accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Conduct routine inspections and assessments of mechanical systems, identifying maintenance needs and potential issues.
Work with other maintenance team members and contractors to tackle complex projects and complete tasks on time.

Skills Required:

Trade Skills
Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
Solid knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
Ability to read and follow instruction manuals and search manufacturers websites for technical information.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated commitment to safety.
Accurate and detailed communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or vocational training in building maintenance are a plus.
