Quick Lube Technician Responsibilities:

• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Ensure proper tire inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform work specified on repair orders in line with dealership standards
• Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to test components and systems
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor, keeping customers informed of any additional service needs
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive dealership
• Varied years of experience required based on the position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with effective collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
