In 2006, Lee Building Products implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which was an exciting transition for our traditional, family-owned company. Lee Building Products, a leading manufacturer of Concrete Masonry Units, is seeking a Block Plant Production Associate for the Mooresville, Indiana location.

• Operate concrete block equipment safely to achieve the maximum level of efficiency and productivity
• Operate a sit down forklift, as necessary
• Encourages efficient utilization of equipment and facilities.
• Assist with Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Must be safety conscious and a champion for safety
• Positive attitude as it relates to work and team building
