Express Lane Service Advisor

Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000

NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!

Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Weekly Commission & Monthly CSI Bonus Opportunity!

As the Express Lane Service Advisor, you will work one-on-one with Express Lane customers.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Promptly greet customers in the service drive
• Gather customer and vehicle information
• Consult with customers regarding recommended maintenance
• Prepare complete and accurate repair order; enter information into the computer system
• Inform customer of completion times, charges, and any changes
• Explain services completed during the visit and answer all questions
• Provide guidance to a small team of express lane technicians

Candidates with dealership experience preferred. Reynolds or ADP experience is a plus.

A valid Driver's License and clean driving record are required.
