Ledyard National Bank is Hiring a Commercial Lender (Relationship Manager) Near Hanover, NH

 

The position of Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new commercial banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships. Will structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage complex C&I and CRE credit relationships. Responsible for developing and executing relationship management plans for clients; this includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management. Must be knowledgeable of financial needs of our clients and the Ledyard’s solutions. Will act in compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study, required, equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered; minimum of 7 years of experience, including significant C&I experience, developing and managing commercial banking relationships, structuring, underwriting, and negotiating, complex credit transactions, required; must have a proven track record of new business development with minimal supervision; strong sales, negotiation, presentation, client service skills. Location: Hanover, NH.
