We are looking for a Banker to provide excellent service to our clients by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, assisting with problem resolutions and providing other services. These services include assisting existing clients in completing transactions, obtaining new products to meet their needs, and offering financial solutions to new clients. In addition, the position requires referrals of potential clients to other businesses within the Bank. A high level of professionalism in all client interactions is essential. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College credits/degree in business related field preferred. Three years related banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience in retail, restaurant or banking environment. Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers. Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Strong listening skills, excellent client service skills, effective at asking questions and identifying needs to expand the client relationship. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, both to clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to resolve client issues by providing solutions. Self-motivated, assertive, and able to multitask effectively. Ability to build strong relationships with teammates and business partners through collaboration.
