Joining our team as a Hospitality Coordinator is an excellent opportunity to engage with guests from all over the world, providing them with knowledge about Ledson Winery and the Ledson family history. This position allows you to educate guests and share our tasting experiences with them, while working in a beautiful castle known for its hand-crafted architecture and award-winning wines.
Our Hospitality Coordinators are customer service orientated, providing guests with information as well vetting our guests to suggest the tasting experience best suited for their group. With a focus on hospitality, they engage with guests by phone, email and in person to gather detailed information, suggest tasting experiences, tasting enhancements, and book appointments while balancing the daily traffic to the staff each day. They work cohesively with all departments to ensure communication and smooth execution of the scheduled tastings, food orders, special occasions, or accommodations for guests. They monitor timely set up, turnover, organization and cleanliness of each tasting suite and public area. They assist with weekly menu updates and print collateral as needed for all Ledson brands as well as executing special events as needed. Setting an example for customer service, our Hospitality Coordinators support management, lead by example, display a professional demeanor/appearance, and provide feedback on guest experiences for improvement opportunities. Job Details:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the English language
Full time including weekends, minor holidays and occasional evening events
Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
Compensation: $17.00 -$30.00 per hour, DOE, including supplemental pay (Bi-Weekly Gratuities, Monthly Sales Bonus, Monthly Wine Club Bonus)
