The ideal candidate will have a consumer product-focused background and be eager to shape the future of our user's experience. You will own critical parts of our platform, including our invitation and greeting card creation experience. We are a Product led organization, so our PMs have broad responsibility to imagine, develop, and bring to market new products and features. We are highly agile and data-driven, so you will be working in cross-functional development teams. You have the technical expertise to work collaboratively with designers and developers, and the business knowledge to work with internal stakeholders to make key decisions for the full suite of our products, used by tens of millions of hosts and guests each year. Responsibilities:Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.Create user personas, user flows, and customer journey maps to inform the design process.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and goals.Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design concepts to our UI team.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive innovation in UX design.Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a culture of empathy and customer-centricity within the organization.Requirements :6 years proven experience as a UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.Proficiency in tools such as Figma and JiraAbility to incorporate user psychology and online user testing platforms is necessary.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Familiarity with front-end development concepts and the ability to collaborate closely with developers.Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to design decisions.
