Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an Accounting / AP Specialist on a Temp-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of mid-volume AP invoicing and be able to commit to temp-hire.
Role : AP Specialist (Temp-Hire)
Location : Hudson, NH (Fully On-Site)
Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm
Start : ASAP
General Duties :
- Fully cycle AP processing
- Matching, batching and sorting
- Mid volume processing
- Reconciliation
- General duties as needed
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of AP experience
- Manufacturing experience a plus, but not a requirement
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Attention to detal
