Position: AP/AR Specialist
Location: Danvers, MA
Pay: $25-$30/Hour
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Process customer billing in ERP system and various portals.
• Assist in daily deposit postings.
• Support credit and collections processes.
• Manage accounts payable invoices.
• Address customer and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with reporting analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
• Scan and file company documents.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in accounting with 5 years of AR/AP experience, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with all accounting functions (AR, AP, GL, Bookkeeping).
• Proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, and intermediate Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Capacity to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
