A bustling organization in southern Maine is looking for a mechanically inclined team player on a direct hire basis for their Technical Drafting Specialist position! You’ll be responsible for applying mechanical drafting and will have the opportunity to apply architectural and structural drafting as well (willing to train).

Responsibilities of the Technical Drafting Specialist

• Apply primarily mechanical drafting with some architectural and structural design experience
• Work with customer liaisons and project managers in a pod to collaborate, enjoy the work, and meet client needs
• Provide input on and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Schedule material and parts

Qualifications of the Technical Drafting Specialist

• Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Inventor (AutoCAD 2021 and Inventor 2021 preferred)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt to change, and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
