Supply Chain AdministratorOur Portsmouth, NH client is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for their team! You’ll work hands-on to achieve supply chain business results for a premier footwear company. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with thorough understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts and theories. If that sounds like you, then consider this full-time, direct-hire role!Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Administrator

  • Support the COO, Supply Chain Manager, Customer Service, and Sales in all aspects of day-to-day operations
  • Ensure all purchase orders, sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are maintained and fulfilled on a regular basis
  • Coordinate and measure the performance of the third-party logistics supplier to guarantee an excellent service level to the customer
  • Understand and coordinate/execute supply chain activities such as stock take, physical inventory count, inventory planning, item demand, sales order entry, transfer order entry/maintenance, and purchase order entry/maintenance
  • Work collaboratively to provide delivery dates and shipping information
  • Assess and manage inventory levels
  • Maintain and update ERP
  • Perform other related tasks and projects as required

Qualifications of the Supply Chain Administrator

  • Post-secondary education degree in business, with a focus on supply chain management, inventory control, or logistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of supply chain and operations experience, with a focus on inventory management
  • Hand-on experience with logistics, inventory management, and procurement
  • Computer proficiency including MS Excel, ERP, EDI
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
  • Solution and goal-oriented
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
