Production Technician – Winding Our well-established manufacturing client is now hiring for their Production Technician – Winding role in Manchester, NH. This full-time, first-shift opportunity is responsible for fabricating and testing electronic components. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but the company is willing to train the right candidate!Responsibilities of the Production Technician – Winding

• Perform hand and machine winding of transformers using air coils, rods, bobbins, and toroidal coils
• Wind prototype samples
• Terminate or attach leads/terminals to part and complete assembly
• Test products for conformance to specifications
• Train assemblers on manufacturing and test methods
• Prepare and set up equipment for assemblers and help ensure smooth flow of production
• Assist manager with weekly shipments schedule, paperwork, filing tasks, and upkeep of tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Production Technician – Winding

• High school diploma or equivalent required; specific job training (trade school or military) preferred
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to operate hand tools, winding machine, bobbin, welding equipment, wire terminating or handling equipment, and microscope or magnifying lens for miniature parts
• Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
• Willing to learn and assist others
