Manufacturing Production Associate

A well-known manufacturer and desired employer is now hiring for a variety of Manufacturing Production Associate positions on multiple shifts at their facility in Somersworth, NH. Our client is willing to direct hire the right candidates, so don’t hesitate to apply! 

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Production Associate

• Operate a variety of complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures
• Read and interpret the job routing sheet
• Check work for quality
• Complete necessary computer transactions and/or paperwork
• Maintain established production standards
• Cross train to learn procedures in several different departments
• Operate powered industrial trucks
• Maintain safety, quality, and time standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Production Associate

• MUST be reliable, dedicated, and have a proven track record of steady employment
• MUST speak, read, and comprehend English
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of previous industrial-related experience or similar
• Ability to multitask
• Willing to learn
• Computer proficiency
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Extrusion is highly preferred for some positions

Current Openings

• 2nd shift: Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 3rd shift: Monday through Friday from 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay is $17-$27/hour depending on position plus a shift differential for 2nd ($1/hour) and 3rd shift ($2/hour). Apply now to join the team of Manufacturing Production Associates!
