Seeking a full time Quality Improvement Coordinator to join our team. Previous long term care or quality improvement experience helpful but not required.

• Researching relevant topics and creating multi-modal, quality improvement educational learnings and support tools with appropriate references within designated time to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Collaborating and interacting with internal and external team members, to build and sustain positive meaningful working relationships within the long-term and healthcare arena, including with PA Long Term Care Transformation Office, long-term care facility employees, and other vendors in addition to all LECOM and LTC RISE colleagues.
• Preforming and assisting with data reporting, entry, understanding, collection, preparation, modeling, and evaluation of data derived results for cumulative and individual program influence and outcomes associated with quality improvement efforts.
• Complimentarily and harmoniously partnering with team members to expand facility recruitment efforts, regular facility outreach, consults, and educational learning implementation efforts.
• Seeking out, establishing, and promoting new partnerships, offerings and opportunities that complement the program goals in the long-term and healthcare arena.
• Representing LECOM Health’s grant program and LECOM in its entirety in all actions, interactions both internally and externally in a professional and respectful manor and in compliance with all guidelines.
