Lebanon North Nursing and Rehab is a skilled nursing facility located in Lebanon, MO. We are looking for a Memory Care Unit Coordinator to undertake tasks necessary for nursing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Keep appointment calendar and other schedules
- Transcribe doctor’s orders
- Maintain medical charts
- Update databases with patient information
- Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff
- Order supplies when needed
- Undertake other duties as assigned
Skills
- Register Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Proven experience as health unit coordinator or similar role
- Experience using medical records and databases
- Outstanding communication and customer service ability
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
