The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As the Labourer you will assist the Service department with various tasks to ensure successful day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Labourer your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily service and labour activities
• Handling freight documents and administrative tasks
• Operating, cleaning and detailing equipment
• Loading and unloading responsibilities
• Check-in and check-out of rental equipment
• Managing deliveries and pickup as required
• Additional branch and labour duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Driver’s license with abstract is required
• Ability to lift 40 pounds or more
• Previous mechanical experience is considered an asset
• Experience with material handling equipment, electrical and forklifts an asset

The base pay range for this role is: $21.82 per hour.
