As an Employee Benefits Advisor you will create relationships with small to mid-sized companies. A consultative approach is used with prospects to uncover needs and provide employee benefits solutions. You will specialize in the group employee benefits segment of our business, and actively develop and maintain a pipeline of new and potential clients as well as source referrals for new business opportunities for the local agency, BB&H Benefit Designs.

Qualifications

· 2 years B2B Outside Sales experience

· Experience in Employee Benefits or HR - PREFFERED
