As the Resource Specialist Assistant you will be part of the Sales Force Development Team at Leavitt Group Enterprises. The position will report directly to the Director of CRM Business Operations. The primary function of this role is to provide training and support to our agencies for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, detail-oriented, and strong communicator who is proficient with Microsoft Office applications and eager to take on a broad range of training and support tasks as part of a busy but tight-knit team. This position can be handled from a remote location within the mountain west time zone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist team members in providing training and support while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  1. Possess a deep knowledge of our CRM’s functions and relationships with other platforms
  2. Identify ways to improve the CRM user experience
  3. Learn the insurance side of CRM functionality to better understand users' needs
  4. Actively engage and follow-up with users to ensure positive outcomes

• Clearly deliver technical training with a friendly, engaging demeanor
  1. Be comfortable providing both 1:1 and group trainings using Teams and Zoom
  2. Adapt training method and content as needed to best suit the audience

• Continually develop positive relationships with stakeholders
  1. Provide timely and friendly service by phone, email, and chat
  2. Ask, hear, and understand the needs of diverse user groups
  3. Identify unmet needs and seek solutions

• Become familiar with the Sales Force Development team along with individual roles and responsibilities, the engagement process, service offerings, etc.
• Become familiar with current Leavitt Group resources; develop an understanding of how the pieces fit together to better serve users

Skills and Knowledge:

• 1:1 and group technology training experience highly desired
• Technology platform support (non-IT troubleshooting) experience highly desired
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Must be an effective communicator and relationship builder
  1. An excellent listener
  2. Ability to communicate multi-step processes in a clear manner
  3. Must be professional and personable on the phone and via email
• Must balance being a user advocate while enforcing corporate best practices
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  1. Advanced Excel skills desirable, but not required
• Graphic design/video editing skills, CRM knowledge, and Power BI experience desirable, but not required
• Should be comfortable using Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms
• Must genuinely enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a team environment

Working Conditions:

• This is a remote position (Mountain Standard Time)
