Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Trainer to join our team. As a Dog Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of dogs and help them develop good behavior and obedience skills. If you have experience in animal handling, dog training, and a love for working with pets, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group training sessions for dogs of various breeds and sizes.
- Teach basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, come, and heel.
- Assist in addressing behavioral issues such as aggression, separation anxiety, and excessive barking.
- Create customized training plans based on the specific needs of each dog.
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors.
- Provide guidance and support to dog owners on effective training methods.
- Monitor the progress of each dog and adjust training techniques as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in dog training or related field preferred (e.g., animal handling, veterinary assistant, kennel)
- Knowledge of canine behavior and understanding of different breeds.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with both dogs and their owners.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for animals.
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely and confidently.
- Basic knowledge of animal care and health.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in equine or other animal training fields
- Certification in dog training or related discipline
