LearnWell has a network of 280 dedicated educators that commit themselves daily to embracing our mission and positively impacting generations to come.LearnWell is currently looking for our next creative and passionate teacher to fill a part-time school year teaching position in Attleboro, MA The certified teacher will work between 6-8 of our teaching locations, most of them being a behavioral health environment. Most locations have 8-10 students at a time receiving educational services with a maximum class of 15 students in certain locations. This teacher will be supporting students from grades K-12 with their four core subjects.Essential functions of the job:Plan, prepare and deliver daily lesson plans and instructional material for an average of 8-10 students, with a maximum amount of 15; in a small group settingHelp students one-on-one if extra assistance is needed on their individual school curriculum.Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instructionCommunicate necessary information regularly to students, hospital and parents regarding student progress and student needsEncourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategiesUpdating daily attendance and creating daily session reports for each studentPosition entails a 20-hour a week commitment, Monday-Friday hours are 9am-1pm.
