Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Hourly rate $21.50- $24 per hour, based on education and experience

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 3p-11:30p

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Rehab Patient Care Tech you will be:

• Working collaboratively with the rehab team and with the patients you are assigned 
• Providing care and assistance for our patients to promote their success in daily living tasks, mobility and exercise and recreational and community based activities
• Assisting the individuals with cognitive exercises and orientation
• Overseeing and assisting with AM/PM routines as needed (including wake-up, showering, hygiene and breakfast, medications) and other patient care tech/nursing assistant activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

• A high school diploma is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, insurance and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Competent in writing, planning, organization and documentation, as well as time management skills
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills is essential
