Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Gilroy, CA. We are a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries.We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Our CARF accredited, post-acute residential programs are offered in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions of Pennsylvania, Escondido and Gilroy regions of California, as well as in New Jersey, Louisiana, Maryland, Colorado, North Carolina, Georgia, and Utah and Virginia
PAY: $63- $68 an hour based on education and experience
This position provides registered nursing and facilitation services for assigned clients within designated site. The nurse in this role is responsible for assessment and interventions for assigned residential clients; the nurse designs and implements treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory, evidence based practice and principles to promote health and medical stability. The nurse also provides training to clients or family members regarding how to promote health, wellness and medical stability as well as to staff.

Licensure as a RN is required. 1-2 years’ experience in nursing with clients who have behaviors and cognitive deficits is preferred. Demonstrated accountability and skills in analysis, problem solving, decision making, related to medical nursing skills and time management required. The ability to communicate in writing and verbally with families, clients, staff and physicians is a must. A valid driver's license, insurance and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
