Job Summary:
Learning for the Futurre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Director/Teacher to oversee the operations of our educational institution. The Site Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students, and collaborating with staff to deliver high-quality education.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, including curriculum development, student enrollment, and staff management
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with industry standards and meet the needs of students
- Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and Co Director
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic growth and achievement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant education regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Skills:
- Higher education teaching experience preferred
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
