Learning Care Group is Hiring a Toddler Teacher Near Raeford, NC
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
- Implement the Company-provided curriculum.
- Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
- Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
- Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.
- Have countless advancement opportunities through our on-going training and expansive network of centers and brands.
- Passion for working with children and developing young minds.
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is a plus but not required.
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development is required for Lead positions.
