Learning Care Group is Hiring an Infant/Toddler Caregiver (FT) Near Okemos, MI

Join our talented team, where we inspire children to be lifelong learners! Through our play-based curriculum, our affectionate and loving staff ensures that our children are imparted with the knowledge to succeed.
Hours: Monday through Friday 1-6:30
Our Infant and Toddler Caregivers help the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily activities for children, supervise the class when the Lead is out of the room, help with meals, and safety, and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly room and Center. 
As a caregiver, you’ll:
  • Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. 
  • Help maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. 
  • Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. 
  • Communicate and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
  • Complete extensive training on childcare and child development topics. 
  • And best of all nurture loving relationships with our Infants and Toddlers while their families are at work.
We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals and have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
  • We will train!
