Learning Care Group is Hiring a Child Care Director in Training Near Lenexa, KS
- Ensuring curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices are in place in the center.
- Conducting tours for prospective parents and enrolling new families.
- Creating and implementing local marketing plans to drive enrollment.
- Ensuring licensing standards are met and assisting in the accreditation process for the center.
- Assisting teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities.
- Monitoring and managing the financial progress of your center.
- Ensuring a safe environment for the children in our care.
- The Director in Training must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education and experience.
- Supervisory experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred
- CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Any licenses, certificates or specialized training as required by State law and/or regulatory agencies
- Must have Kansas State Director license for over 100 for Infants through School Age
