Learning Care Group is Hiring a Center Director (FT) Near Virginia, VA
- Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Develop and implement educational programs and curricula that align with state standards and promote child development.
- Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner.
- Manage the center's budget, including monitoring expenses and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance the center's resources and services.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with a CDA, 2 years of program experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with educational regulations and compliance standards.
