At LTG, we take the time to get to know you and hand-pick our tutors to optimize student learning. In addition to their subject matter expertise, our educators see themselves as detectives, seeking out student's strengths and challenges to get to the root of academic problems.

LTG tutors are also experts at relationship-building – building lasting rapport with their students to set the right tone for learning and confidence building. They meet the highest standards of professionalism and customer service and are committed to their students for the long-term.

Tools you will need to come equipped with:

  • Bachelor's degree shown on your resume (or current enrollment in a four year university)
  • Willingness to work with students in-home
  • Commitment to working with any students you accept through the end of the school year
  • Minimum of one year of tutoring and/or teaching experience
  • A professional work ethic with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written, virtual, and phone communication skills
  • A reliable mode of transportation
  • Energy, passion, and integrity

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
