Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. As a Daycare Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. Your role will involve implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and ensuring the well-being of each child in your care. Responsibilities: - Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development - Provide a safe and supportive environment for children - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive and enriching curriculum - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility Experience: - Previous experience working with students or children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or childcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with childhood development stages and milestones - First aid certification is a plus Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members - Patience and empathy to support the individual needs of each child - Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities - Excellent organizational skills to maintain a structured learning environment We offer competitive pay rates based on experience.
