Your Opportunity
As a Frontend Web Developer specializing in Webflow, you will have the opportunity to shape the digital experience of our marketing website, enabling seamless interaction for our prospects and customers. If you're passionate about frontend development, skilled in Webflow, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to people enablement, we want you on board.
Your Responsibilities
  • Web Design and Development:
    • Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and enhance the Leapsome marketing website, ensuring a visually stunning and user-friendly experience.
    • Collaborate closely with the design team to implement UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web elements.
    • Implement responsive design principles to optimize the marketing website's performance across various devices and screen sizes.
  • Code Implementation and Optimization:
    • Write clean, efficient, and consistent use of classes across our Webflow environment.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with web standards to deliver a seamless user experience.
    • Optimize website performance for speed and efficiency, focusing on minimizing page load times and enhancing overall responsiveness.
    • Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments.
  • Integration and Collaboration:
    • Setting up and maintaining all integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing:
    • Conduct thorough testing of the website to identify and resolve any bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.
Your Profile
  • 3 years of experience in frontend web development, with a strong proficiency in Webflow.
  • A strong understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices.
  • An analytical mindset and hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar.
  • Experience with responsive design techniques and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry or working with HR/people management software would be a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not critical.

Expected Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 Bonus VSOP
For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. We share base salary ranges on all US job advertisements to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. This role will be eligible for additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
Multiple factors determine final offer amounts, including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise.
