**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

**Duties:**

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's cognitive, social, and emotional development

- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Supervise children both indoors and outdoors to ensure their safety at all times

- Manage classroom behavior and encourage positive interactions among students

- Prepare and serve snacks and meals following health and safety guidelines

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool setting

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices

- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

- Ability to handle behavioral issues with patience and empathy

- Understanding of classroom management techniques to create an organized learning environment

**Skills Required or Nice-to-Have:**

- Babysitting

- Experience working with students

- Toddler care

- Classroom management

- Caregiving

- Daycare experience

- First aid certification

- Preschool teaching experience

- Knowledge of childhood development
