**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to medical staff and ensure efficient patient care delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform patient intake procedures, including measuring vital signs and recording medical history.

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and treatments.

- Administer medications under the direction of a physician.

- Conduct basic laboratory tests and sterilize medical instruments.

- Provide medical administrative support, including coding and billing tasks.

- Ensure accurate documentation of patient information in electronic health records.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital or urgent care settings.

- Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

**Skills:**

- Proficient in patient service delivery and care coordination.

- Experience in medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records.

- Knowledge of Pediatric and Adolescent procedures and emergency protocols.

- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs.

- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

- Prior experience in direct patient care within a hospital or urgent care environment.

- Familiarity with medical coding procedures for insurance billing purposes.

- Bonus: biligual or experience.
