Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bowling and Pinball League Manager to oversee the operations of our league programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for bowling and pinball and experience working with children in a coaching or mentoring capacity.

Along with hourly rate the individual will be on a competitive commission plan

Duties:

- Organize and manage all aspects of league operations, including scheduling games, practices, and tournaments
- Recruit and train coaches, referees, and volunteers
- Coordinate player registration and team assignments
- Develop and implement league rules and policies
- Communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and players to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Handle conflicts or disputes that may arise during games or practices
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants

Skills:

- Strong conflict management skills to handle various situations effectively
- Sports coaching experience, particularly in basketball
- Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with players, parents, and staff effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
