Overview: The E Commerce Specialist will lead and develop e commerce sites, TikTok shop and be the main
driver of the platform including website content, product listings, and promotions.
Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including website content, product listings, and promotions.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Optimize product pages for search engines (SEO) and ensure high visibility in search results.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, including email marketing, social media promotions, and PPC advertising.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, product descriptions, and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
• Implement strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and optimize checkout.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging e-commerce and digital marketing technologies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure website functionality, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Newsletter.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights,
  and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with web development technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
  environment.
