As an Early Childhood Educator at Leap Academy, 101 Kearney Way, Waunakee, WI 53597, you will help our youngest learners grow during an essential time in their brain development.

We are currently looking for experienced, passionate, early childhood educators to serve as Operational Lead Teachers in our program. Operational Lead Teachers take ownership and responsibility for the overall functioning of a dedicated classroom, including but not limited to lesson planning, conferences, parent communication, and environment.

Operational Lead Teachers Receive:

• $20.00 monthly supply budget for their room (all normal classroom supplies provided by the center)

• 2 hours weekly of paid lesson planning and portfolio development time

• Access to Pyramid Model Training and consultation with challenges in the classroom

• Access to a career step as Teacher Trainer after one year of solid teaching performance in our program

• Scholarship assistance in pursuing leadership training and classes if your path leads you in that direction

Our rooms are split by age:

• Infant Teachers teach ages 6 weeks to 12 months

• Toddler Teachers teach ages 12 months to 2 years old

• Twos Teachers teach ages 2-3 years old

• Preschool Teachers teach ages 3-4 years old or 4-5 years old

Leap Academy is an accredited private preschool and daycare that provides an exceptional child care experience. We offer year-round programs for children from infants through five years.
