A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A QUALITY MANAGER:
Picture yourself as the Quality Manager at LeanWerks. Your day begins with a strong cup of coffee, ready to lead the Quality Assurance Team with passion and purpose. You champion our Quality-First culture, ensuring our team grows to meet company goals. Your expertise shines as you oversee the Corrective Action Process, driving a continuous improvement culture throughout the organization. You issue and manage non-conformance reports and meticulously maintain our calibration system.
Your role as the Quality Manager means you lead the Material Review Board with authority. You're the go-to person for developing and configuring in-process inspection plans, and you execute standard audits with precision. Collaborating with Production Leadership, you tackle mitigation and corrective action plans with finesse. You help set priorities for the day, week, and month, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
But it doesn't stop there. You're the bridge between LeanWerks and our valued customers, understanding and reacting to any issues that may arise, always striving to make it right. Your collaborative spirit extends to our Leadership team, where you play a crucial role in the deployment of our new ERP/MES system. In this role, no two days are the same, and you're always at the forefront of LeanWerks' commitment to precision and excellence.
