Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Exterior Horticulture and Delivery Installation Specialist. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of horticultural products and plant materials, to clients' properties in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of horticulture and landscape design principles to assist in the selection and placement of plants and indoor/outdoor décor to enhance the appearance of clients' spaces.
- Safely transport and handle horticultural products and plant materials, ensuring their proper installation and adherence to client specifications.
- Manage delivery schedules, inventory, and documentation to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of client orders.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients during delivery and installation processes, consistently delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation, preferably within a horticultural context.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care practices, preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mentality and the ability to engage effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Physical dexterity and stamina to handle and transport horticultural products and plant materials, as well as work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate delivery vehicles and equipment responsibly.
