Are you Concetti's next Junior Interior Designer?

Position Summary: The Junior Designer supports the CEO/Principal Designer, Lead Designer, and the Design Team in day-to-day design functions of Concetti. The Junior Designer assists with providing quality and intuitive designs to our clients, tailored to their needs, by supporting both design work and internal operations, through partnership with the Concetti team and under the direction of the assigned Lead and/or Senior Designer. The Junior Designer is creative, self-motivated, eager to learn, and interested in learning both the design and business components of the industry. The Junior Designer interacts with both a diverse clientele and internal team members. The Junior Designer receives hands-on training regarding design strategies and client management.

Compensation & Benefits: $20.00-$23.00 Full-time, Hourly, Nonexempt Procurement incentive/commission plan

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture preferably from a CIDA accredited institution is required.

Experience: Previous experience using design software, strong note taking, technical drawing skills, field measure exp, quote/bid requests, product/construction knowledge, and experience tracking work time and billable hours.
