Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Beauty and Skincare Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, fulfill and package orders, handle online sales (primarily through Shopify), assist with marketing materials, and provide exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, enjoy working with people, and have a keen interest in the beauty and skincare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing and production of organic beauty and skincare products.
• Fulfill and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage online sales platforms, primarily Shopify, and assist with online marketing efforts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain inventory levels and product quality.
• Interact with customers in-store, providing product recommendations and explanations.
• Assist with general store duties as needed, including organizing inventory and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in organic beauty and skincare products.
• Ability to work well with technology, including Shopify and basic marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment. On-the-job training provided.
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work 1-2 days a week, 3-4 hour shift.
