We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Coordinator of Education and Webinars. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our organization's educational initiatives while contributing to our strategic goals.
LeadingAge PA is a trade association that represents over 400 aging services providers across the full continuum of senior care.
As a member of the Education and Conferences Team, you'd be contributing toward a successful continuing education program that helps aging services professionals maintain certifications, further their professional development, and network with others in the field.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Education and Professional Development.
This is a hybrid workplace with 2 days required on-site each week. A laptop will be provided for optional remote work other days of the week.
Additional on-site days may be required depending on event schedules and job duties.
Responsibilities
Webinar Program Management : You’ll be at the forefront of our webinar program, ensuring its smooth execution from start to finish.
This includes coordinating schedules, liaising with presenters, and managing all logistical aspects to deliver high-quality webinars.
Departmental Support : Serve as the go-to resource for our department by managing communications for task forces and advisory groups.
Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain crucial information, documentation, and historical records.
Event Support : Be an integral part of the team for all association events, providing support and assistance where needed to ensure the success of each event.
Includes overnight travel.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members to coordinate and produce work within the department, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
